We have a private parking space so parking is no problem. It's FREE for you to use so you will save a fortune as its very expensive to park here, up to £82 a day if you were paying to park on the street. You probably won't need the car though once you park as its so easy to walk around Edinburgh.
Our garage is directly facing the apartment. We email the garage door code for entry and it’s the first space on the right. It’s best to drive into the garage and then reverse into the space, come out the same way. The door closes automatically after 3 mins and there’s an exit button by door if it closes when you are inside.

Well the first thing to is sit on your balcony and have a coffee taking in the view. An otter lives down stream on the next bend and if you are very lucky you might see him. Often you can see the Heron fishing and the ducks.
From your balcony you can see Well Court build by the owner of the Scotsman Newspaper. The two turrets was the village hall where they would hold dances.
Some beautiful walks from your apartment:
You can walk down the Water of Leith to Stockbridge passing St Bernards well. Stockbridge lovely part of the city, The Royal Botanic Garden is near here and free to get in. Stockbridge is nice to wander around and has lots of coffee places and restaurants. Tom Kitchin, Scotland's youngest winner of a Michelin star has a restaurant there. The Scran & Scallie, a family friendly pub-restaurant in Stockbridge. Still pricy! The Raeburn bar is opposite. Look out for the Bailie pub for delicious fish & chips!
Walk up stream to the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art. Note there are two buildings to visit, the other is located over the road from the other one.
